Do You Really Understand These Signals?

Flashing red indicator light, 2 beeps
Cause
• Robot’s bumper is stuck
Solution
• Tap robot’s bumper several times to dislodge any debris that may be trapped underneath
Flashing red indicator light, 3 beeps
Cause
• Robot’s drop sensors are dirty
• Robot is stuck on the ledge of a staircase and cannot reverse
Solution
• Clean the drop sensors gently with a dry cloth
• Place robot in a new location
• Use a physical barrier to block off the problem area
Flashing red indicator light, 4 beeps
Cause
• Robot’s power level is too low
Solution
• Manually charge robot for at least 5 hours
Solid red indicator light, 1 beep
Cause
• Robot’s left / right wheel is stuck
Solution
• Turn off robot and remove any hair or debris from the left / right wheel
Solid red indicator light, 2 beeps
Cause
• Robot’s side brush is stuck
Solution
• Turn off robot and remove any hair or debris debris from the side brush
Solid red indicator light, 3 beeps
Cause
• Robot’s suction fan is stuck.
Solution
• Turn off robot and remove any hair or debris empty the dust collector
• Make sure the suction inlet is not blocked by any hair or debris
Solid red indicator light, 4 beeps
Cause
• Robot’s rolling brush is stuck
Solution
• Turn off robot and remove any hair or debris from the rolling brush
Flashing blue indicator light, while charging in the station, continuous beeps
Cause
• Any robot's internal component is damaged
Solution
