- if robot is trapped or stuck on an obstacle.

This problem often shows up when the cleaning of the different parts of the robot. Please undertake cleaning the whole robot such as:

- Check if any obstructions are blocking the suction inlet.

- Empty and clean the dust collector thoroughly.

- Clean the filters with a cleaning brush.

- Check if the filters are wet due to water or other liquid on the floor. Air-dry the filters completely before use.

This problem happens when the sensors are either defective either dirty. Please check the following solutions :

How to reset my Robot

To reset the robot: Simultaneously pressing the Recharge and Spot button on the robot for 3 seconds until you hear a beep. Then you need to reconnect your BG800 to the WLAN.

To restart the robot: Switch off your BG800 and fully recharge it. Then restart it again.

Flashing red indicator light, two beeps

Cause:Robot’s bumper is stuck.

Solution:Tap robot’s bumper several times to dislodge any debris that may be trapped underneath.

Flashing red indicator light, three beeps

Cause:

• Robot’s drop sensors are dity

• Robot is stuck on the ledge of a staircase and cannot reverse.

Solution:

• Clean the drop sensors gently with a dry cloth.

• Place robot in a new location.

• Use a ohysical barrier to block off the problem area.

Flashing red indicator light, four beeps

Cause:Robot’s power level is too low.

Solution:Manually charge robot for at least 5 hours.

Solid red indicator light, one beep

Cause:Robot’s left/right wheel is stuck.

Solution:Turn off robot and remove any hair or debris from the left/right wheel.

Solid red indicator light, two beeps

Cause:Robot’s side brush is stuck.

Solution:Turn off robot and remove any hair or debris debris from the side brush.

Solid red indicator light, three beeps

Cause:Robot’s suction fan is stuck.

Solution:

• Turn off robot and remove any hair or debris empty the dust collector.

• Make sure the suction inlet is not blocked by any hair or debris.
